To develop a 360 ° sponsorship offer for the museum as well as presentation materials. Support the organization in finding partners, follow up discussions and negotiations with potential sponsors.

The solution

We have conducted a full analysis of the Chaplin’s World organization to determine competitive advantages and interest factors for potential partners.

Following the results of this study, we have developed a complete offer based on 360 ° activations and counter-services for potential partners. We also produced the presentation materials (partnership file) of the organization to facilitate the promotion process.

In a second time, we have organized an event in the museum to meet a panel of potential partners and to present different way of collaboration orally.

Finally, we have provided support during appointments with potential partners to create customized offers for each situation.

Results

The museum launch was a success and developing a strong partners strategy allows the organization to be an icon of the Lemanic cultural landscape.
